1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DropBy mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DropBy is a mobile application that provides real-time website visitor notifications. The Service integrates with Google Tag Manager to track visitor activity and send push notifications to your mobile device.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use DropBy, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to maintain accurate and current information.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

  • 1 website
  • Up to 500 notifications per month
  • Basic visitor tracking features

4.2 Pro Plan

  • Up to 5 websites
  • Unlimited notifications
  • Advanced analytics
  • Priority support
  • $4.99 per month

4.3 Billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play Store. Billing is handled by Apple or Google, and their terms apply to all purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to track websites you don't own or have permission to track
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the application
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of DropBy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Google Tag Manager Integration

DropBy requires integration with Google Tag Manager. You are responsible for:

  • Having a valid GTM account
  • Properly implementing GTM on your website
  • Complying with Google's Terms of Service
  • Ensuring you have the right to track visitors on your website

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
  • Implement usage limits

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arure Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment (for Pro plan users)

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the app.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ARURE TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arure Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan/United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
